  • Recommendation:
    1. Consider information and community feedback (to-date) for deliberation during the goalsetting process and develop Major City Goals and identify related desired outcomes for the 2023- 25 Financial Plan; and
    2. Direct Staff to return to the City Council in April 2023 with recommended preliminary work programs and Capital Improvement Plan (Strategic Budget Direction) and related budget appropriations required to operate core services of the various departments and advance Major City Goals.

  • Recommendation:

    Provide direction on whether the one-time budget allocations from the 2021-23 Financial Plan listed in Attachment A – Appendix B should be considered as ongoing expense and included in the base budget for 2023-25.

ADJOURNMENT

 

The City Council will hold a Special Closed Session Meeting on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo. The purpose of this Closed Session is to conference with Labor Negotiators, Real Property Negotiators, and Legal Counsel regarding pending litigation.


The next Regular Meeting of the City Council will be held on February 21, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo.
